Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the university’s goals and objectives.
Oversee the financial management of the university, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Evaluate and improve existing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate staff, faculty, and students to excel.
Foster a positive and inclusive campus culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality academic programs.
Monitor and assess the university’s performance and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Represent the university to external stakeholders, including donors, community organizations, and government agencies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Foster relationships with alumni, donors, and other supporters to promote the university’s mission and values.
Lead and manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in higher education to inform decision-making.
Serve as a role model for the university’s Christian values and promote spiritual growth among students and staff.
Collaborate with other university leaders to develop and implement strategic partnerships and initiatives.
Prepare and present reports to the university’s Board of Trustees and other internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Higher Education Leadership, Preferably At The Executive Level.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Business Administration Or Education.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Strategic Planning And Execution, Including Financial Management And Development Of New Initiatives.
Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders, Including Faculty, Staff, Students, And Community Partners.
Strong Commitment To The Mission And Values Of Asuza Pacific University, With A Clear Understanding Of The Unique Needs And Challenges Of A Christian University Setting.
