Conduct external audits of the company’s financial statements and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Analyze financial data and internal controls to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to upper management and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions to address identified issues.
Stay up-to-date with changes in auditing standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
Assist in the development and maintenance of internal audit policies and procedures.
Maintain thorough and organized documentation of audit procedures and findings.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management and external auditors.
Participate in special projects or investigations as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Accounting Or Finance: A Strong Foundation In Accounting Principles And Financial Analysis Is Essential For An External Auditor Role At Lexmark International.
Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Designation: Having A Cpa Certification Demonstrates A High Level Of Technical Expertise And Knowledge Of Auditing Standards And Procedures.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Auditing Experience: Lexmark International Would Prefer Candidates With Prior Experience In External Auditing, Preferably In A Large Multinational Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Us Gaap And Ifrs: As A Global Company, Lexmark International Follows Both Us Gaap And Ifrs Accounting Standards. Therefore, Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Both Sets Of Standards.
Excellent Analytical And Communication Skills: External Auditors At Lexmark International Need To Be Able To Analyze Complex Financial Data And Effectively Communicate Their Findings To Stakeholders. Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are A Must For This Role.
