Maintain and troubleshoot all facilities systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security to ensure optimal functioning.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities systems to minimize downtime and prevent potential issues.
Monitor and analyze facilities systems data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs to minimize disruption to operations.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in facilities systems technology to make recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
Respond promptly to all facilities systems emergencies and take appropriate actions to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on facilities systems.
Create and implement preventive maintenance plans for facilities systems to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
Train and support other team members on the proper use and maintenance of facilities systems.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repairs on facilities systems.
Assist with budgeting and procurement of necessary equipment and materials for facilities systems maintenance and repairs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations in regards to facilities systems.
Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to facilities systems maintenance and operations.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on facilities systems status and any potential issues.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Baptist Health South Florida and providing exceptional service to patients and staff.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Facilities Systems Management.
Knowledge Of Building Automation Systems (Bas) And Other Related Systems Such As Hvac, Lighting, And Security.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex System Issues.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Vendors.
