Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and facilities, and effectively communicate any necessary repairs or replacements to management.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following company safety protocols and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure minimal disruption to production.
Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs, including costs and time spent on each task.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and address any urgent issues to prevent production downtime.
Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment and work with procurement to order necessary replacements or upgrades.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in equipment and facility maintenance to continually improve processes and ensure efficiency.
Train and mentor new technicians on company procedures and best practices for equipment maintenance and repair.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
