Job Qualifications
Active Rn License: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess An Active And Unrestricted Rn License In The State Of Florida, Which Is Required To Practice As A Float Rn At Baptist Health South Florida.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience: The Candidate Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Recent Experience In A Hospital Setting, With A Strong Background In Critical Care, Emergency Care, And Medical-Surgical Nursing.
Bls And Acls Certification: The Candidate Should Be Certified In Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) From The American Heart Association. This Is A Mandatory Requirement For All Nursing Positions At Baptist Health South Florida.
Flexibility And Adaptability: As A Float Rn, The Candidate Should Be Able To Work In A Variety Of Clinical Settings And Be Comfortable With Adapting To Different Patient Populations, Care Plans, And Electronic Health Record Systems.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With The Healthcare Team, Patients, And Their Families.
