Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective functioning.
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Train and onboard new team members, providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles.
Monitor and maintain store inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained at all times.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all team members uphold the brand’s image and standards.
Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance.
Collaborate with other store departments, such as visual merchandising and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing store layout.
Monitor and track sales and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive sales and meet targets.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions and recommendations to management.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
Previous Retail Supervisory Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In A Retail Environment, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills: A Floor Supervisor Needs To Be Able To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates, While Also Being Able To Delegate Tasks And Provide Guidance When Needed.
Excellent Communication Skills: This Includes Both Verbal And Written Communication, As Well As The Ability To Actively Listen And Address Any Customer Or Employee Concerns.
Knowledge Of Sales Techniques And Customer Service: A Strong Understanding Of Sales Techniques And The Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service Is Essential For A Floor Supervisor In Order To Drive Sales And Maintain Customer Satisfaction.
