Operate forklift in a safe and efficient manner to move products within the warehouse.
Conduct pre-operational checks on forklift to ensure it is in good working condition.
Load and unload products onto trucks or shelves using the forklift.
Follow established inventory control procedures to ensure accurate tracking of products.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating the forklift.
Report any mechanical or safety issues with the forklift to management.
Collaborate with warehouse team to fulfill orders and meet production targets.
Assist with other warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and shipping as needed.
Continuously strive to improve efficiency and productivity in warehouse operations.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate records of daily forklift operations and report any discrepancies.
Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
Adhere to all PepsiCo quality and safety standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
Valid Forklift Operator Certification: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid Certification From An Accredited Training Program To Operate A Forklift.
Prior Experience: Pepsico Prefers Candidates With At Least 2 Years Of Experience Operating A Forklift In A Warehouse Or Manufacturing Setting.
Safety Conscious: The Candidate Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Be Able To Operate The Forklift In A Safe And Responsible Manner.
