Conduct thorough checks of incoming and outgoing products at the distribution gate to ensure accuracy and quality control.
Record and document all incoming and outgoing shipments, including product codes, quantities, and any discrepancies.
Communicate any issues or discrepancies with shipments to the appropriate team members for resolution.
Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to maintain a smooth and efficient distribution process.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working in the distribution gate area.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and productive work environment.
Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
Use various technology and equipment, such as scanners and forklifts, to efficiently track and move products.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Continuously monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or overages to management.
Act as a brand ambassador for PepsiCo, providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and make suggestions to management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain product quality and safety.
