Graphic Designer

We are searching for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Cojournal Marketing company. Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design marketing materials such as social media graphics, digital ads, brochures, and presentations
• Develop brand-aligned designs that effectively communicate client/project goals
• Prepare print-ready files and assets for production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and execute on design solutions
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, best practices, and new software/tools
• Receive feedback gracefully and incorporate revisions in a timely manner
• Manage multiple projects and competing deadlines with strong organizational skills
• Designing and editing of videos for social media campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for new design projects.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Strong eye for typography, color, layout, and composition
• Familiarity with design principles and the ability to think conceptually
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and aesthetic sensibilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for design and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
