  3. Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and provide recommendations for achieving their desired look.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment after each use.
  5. Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  6. Educate clients on proper hair care and products to enhance and maintain their style.
  7. Collaborate with other stylists and team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
  8. Keep track of inventory and order necessary products and supplies to ensure a fully stocked salon.
  9. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to ensure the well-being of clients and staff.
  10. Attend training sessions and workshops to further develop skills and knowledge in the hair industry.

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
  • Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings And Weekends, To Accommodate The Needs Of The Salon And Its Clients.
  • A Valid Cosmetology License From An Accredited Beauty School.
  • Experience Working In A Salon Setting, Preferably With A Diverse Clientele.
  • Knowledge Of Current Hair Trends And Techniques, Including Cutting, Coloring, And Styling.
