Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and products, making personalized recommendations based on their hair type and needs.
Maintain a clean and organized salon space, ensuring all equipment and tools are properly sanitized and stocked.
Stay up-to-date on current hair trends and techniques, continuously learning and improving your craft.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied with their services.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling salon services and retail products.
Handle all appointment bookings and scheduling, ensuring efficient and timely service for all clients.
Adhere to all salon policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
Attend required training and meetings to stay informed on company updates, new products, and services.
Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
Valid Cosmetology License From An Accredited Beauty School.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Hair Stylist In A Salon Or Retail Setting.

Strong Customer Service Skills And Ability To Communicate Effectively With Clients.
Knowledge Of And Adherence To Proper Sanitation And Safety Protocols In A Salon Setting.
