Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments for clients of all ages, hair types, and styles.
Stay up-to-date on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide innovative and high-quality services to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs and preferences, and providing personalized recommendations and suggestions.
Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the salon, tools, and equipment to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for clients and co-workers.
Manage and maintain inventory of salon products and supplies, and assist with retail sales to meet sales goals and increase revenue.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment, and assist with training and mentoring new stylists.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Attend and actively participate in salon meetings, training sessions, and workshops to continually improve skills and stay current with industry trends.
Handle client concerns and complaints with sensitivity and professionalism, and escalate issues to management as needed.
Represent the JCPenney brand by providing exceptional customer service, promoting loyalty programs, and upholding the company’s values and standards.

Job Qualifications
Cosmetology License: A Valid Cosmetology License Is Required For A Hair Stylist Position At Jcpenney, Demonstrating A Strong Foundation Of Technical Skills And Knowledge In Hair Styling.
Previous Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Hair Stylist In A Salon Or Similar Environment, Showcasing Their Ability To Provide High-Quality Hair Services To A Diverse Clientele.
