Assist customers in selecting home furnishings and decor that meet their style and budget preferences.
Maintain a deep knowledge of current and upcoming home decor trends.
Ensure the showroom is visually appealing and well-stocked at all times.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers’ needs and offering personalized recommendations.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling returns and exchanges.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Continuously improve product knowledge and stay informed about promotions, sales, and company policies.
Use effective communication skills to build relationships with customers and promote customer loyalty.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including keeping product displays and shelves neat and tidy.
Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and stay updated on company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
Knowledge Of Home Furnishings: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Different Types Of Home Furnishings, Such As Furniture, Bedding, And Decor, As Well As Current Trends In The Industry.
Customer Service Skills: As A Home Furnishings 1.0 Employee, Candidates Will Be Responsible For Assisting Customers In Finding The Right Products For Their Homes. Excellent Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Customers Is Essential.
Sales Experience: A Successful Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Home Furnishings Or Retail Industry. This Includes The Ability To Meet Sales Goals, Upsell Products, And Handle Customer Objections.
Design Or Decorating Experience: While Not Required, Having A Background In Design Or Decorating Can Be Beneficial In This Role. It Will Allow The Candidate To Offer Design Advice And Recommendations To Customers, As Well As Have A Better Understanding Of The Products They Are Selling.
Physical Stamina: This Position May Require Lifting And Moving Of Heavy Furniture And Other Home Furnishings, So Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks. They Should Also Be Able To Stand For Extended Periods Of Time And Have The Dexterity To Assemble And Arrange Furniture.
