Lead and manage technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all project objectives are met within the agreed upon timelines and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and define project scope and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and regularly communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and budget, to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure that projects align with business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Monitor project progress and facilitate necessary changes to ensure project goals are achieved.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements and best practices.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply them to project management processes and methodologies.
Train and mentor project team members to build their skills and enhance the overall project delivery capabilities of the organization.
Adhere to project management standards and guidelines, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful project execution.
Lead post-project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The It Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile, Scrum, And Kanban.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Communicate With Stakeholders.
Strong Technical Background And Knowledge Of It Systems, Infrastructure, And Software Development Processes.
