Lead and manage the logistics team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Develop and implement strategies and processes to optimize supply chain management and improve overall efficiency.
Monitor and analyze logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain initiatives and projects.
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely logistics operations.
Create and maintain reports and data analysis to track and report on logistics performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to logistics and supply chain management.
Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in logistics and supply chain management.
Continuously seek out new ideas and technologies to improve logistics processes and stay ahead of industry trends.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Logistics Operations, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead A Team And Drive Results.
Proficient In Supply Chain Software And Systems, Such As Sap, Wms, And Tms.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Priorities And Meet Tight Deadlines.
