To be considered for this role, you must have a valid LPN license and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
Provide compassionate and high-quality care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document residents’ medical conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans for residents.
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding, as needed.
Educate and counsel residents and their families on healthcare needs and treatments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each resident.
Adhere to all legal and ethical standards of nursing practice.
Follow infection control and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of residents and staff.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices and procedures.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
Continuously strive to improve the quality of care and services provided to residents.
Demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding towards residents and their families.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of resident information at all times.

Job Qualifications
Valid Lpn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Current License As A Licensed Practical Nurse Issued By The State Regulatory Board.
Prior Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience As An Lpn In A Healthcare Setting Is Preferred.
Availability For Sunday Shift: The Candidate Must Be Available To Work On Sundays And Have A Flexible Schedule To Accommodate Any Changes In The Work Schedule.
Knowledge And Skills: The Candidate Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Nursing Principles, Procedures, And Techniques, As Well As The Ability To Perform Basic Nursing Functions Such As Wound Care, Medication Administration, And Patient Assessment.
Team Player: The Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills To Collaborate Effectively With Other Healthcare Professionals And Provide Quality Patient Care. A Positive And Compassionate Attitude Towards Patients And Their Families Is Also Essential.
