Operate and program a variety of machines to produce precision parts.
Ensure quality control by inspecting finished parts for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the machining process.
Maintain and calibrate machines to ensure optimal performance.
Interpret and follow technical drawings and blueprints to produce parts to exact specifications.
Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and meet production goals.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while operating machinery.
Continuously improve and streamline processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Keep detailed records of production data and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in machining technology.
Train and mentor junior machinists as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth production flow.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Represent Honeywell in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
Extensive Experience With Cnc Machinery: A Machinist Iii- 2Nd Shift At Honeywell Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Operating And Programming Cnc Machinery. This Includes Proficiency In Setting Up, Troubleshooting, And Maintaining Equipment.
Knowledge Of Advanced Machining Techniques: Candidates For This Role Should Possess Advanced Knowledge Of Machining Techniques Such As Milling, Turning, Drilling, And Grinding. They Should Also Have The Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Blueprints.
Strong Mechanical Aptitude: Machinist Iii- 2Nd Shift At Honeywell Should Have A Strong Mechanical Aptitude And Understanding Of Machine Components, Tolerances, And Precision Measurement Tools. They Should Also Have Experience Working With Various Materials, Including Metals And Plastics.
Safety-Conscious: A Machinist Iii- 2Nd Shift Should Prioritize Safety In All Aspects Of Their Work. They Should Be Familiar With Osha Regulations And Have Experience Following Safety Protocols In A Manufacturing Environment.
