Overseeing and managing a team of maintenance associates to ensure efficient and effective operation of production lines.
Identifying and resolving equipment issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maintain production targets.
Implementing and enforcing preventive maintenance procedures to prevent equipment breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.
Coordinating with other departments to schedule maintenance work and minimize impact on production.
Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Training and developing maintenance associates to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment performance.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Communicating effectively with team members, managers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on maintenance activities and address any concerns.
Participating in budget planning and management to ensure efficient use of resources.

Job Qualifications
Previous Supervisory Experience: Candidates For This Role Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Leadership Position, Preferably In A Maintenance Or Manufacturing Environment.
Technical Knowledge: A Thorough Understanding Of Mechanical, Electrical, And/Or Industrial Maintenance Processes Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Have A Relevant Technical Degree Or Certification, As Well As Hands-On Experience With Maintenance Equipment And Tools.
Organizational Skills: The Ability To Effectively Manage And Coordinate Maintenance Schedules, Prioritize Tasks, And Maintain Accurate Records Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
Communication Skills: As A Shift Supervisor, This Role Requires Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Management, And Other Departments. This Includes Both Written And Verbal Communication.
