Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks on various systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from clients and address any issues in a timely manner.
Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any potential maintenance issues and address them proactively.
Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions or damages to equipment and systems, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and report any major issues or repairs to management.
Collaborate with other team members and contractors to coordinate and complete larger maintenance projects.
Ensure all maintenance work is done in compliance with safety guidelines and regulations.
Keep track of inventory and supplies, and order necessary materials to complete maintenance tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients and coworkers to provide updates on maintenance progress and any potential disruptions.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and efficiency in maintenance processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
Technical Skills And Knowledge: A Maintenance Technician At Cbre Group Should Possess Strong Technical Skills And Knowledge Of Various Building Systems And Equipment, Including Electrical, Plumbing, Hvac, And Mechanical Systems. This Includes The Ability To Troubleshoot And Repair Issues Efficiently.
Mobile Maintenance Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Mobile Maintenance, Meaning They Are Comfortable Working In Various Locations And Are Able To Travel To Different Sites As Needed. This Requires Good Time Management And Organizational Skills.
