We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team for our weekend day shift. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our facilities and equipment are operating efficiently to meet production demands. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong background in maintenance and repair. Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on all equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot issues with equipment and facilities to identify and address any potential problems.
Perform repairs and replacements on equipment and facilities as needed to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
Create and maintain maintenance logs and records to track work performed, identify recurring issues, and develop solutions for long-term improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and prioritize tasks based on production needs.
Recommend and implement improvements to equipment and facility maintenance processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Keep inventory of necessary supplies and equipment for maintenance tasks and communicate any needs to the appropriate department.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Provide guidance and support to other team members on maintenance-related issues and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Maintenance Technician At Under Armor Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Qualification To Ensure Basic Educational Background And Knowledge.
Technical Or Vocational Training: Ideally, Candidates Should Possess Technical Or Vocational Training In Fields Such As Electrical, Mechanical, Or Industrial Maintenance To Have Relevant Skills And Knowledge For The Job.
Previous Experience: Prior Experience In Maintenance, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Environment, Is A Must For This Role. Candidates Should Be Familiar With Troubleshooting And Repairing Equipment, As Well As Conducting Preventive Maintenance.
Basic Computer Skills: A Maintenance Technician Should Have Basic Computer Skills To Operate And Maintain Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Cmms) And Use Software For Equipment Diagnostics.
Ability To Work Weekends And Day Shift: As This Role Is For A Weekend Day Shift, Candidates Must Have The Flexibility And Availability To Work On Weekends And During The Day. They Should Be Able To Adapt To A Non-Traditional Work Schedule And Be Willing To Work Overtime If Needed.
