Assist in the overall operation and management of the manufacturing plant.
Ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in all plant processes.
Work collaboratively with plant managers and other team members to develop and implement production strategies and goals.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with company standards and regulations.
Train and coach plant employees on production procedures and standards.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to employees.
Collaborate with other departments, such as supply chain and quality control, to ensure seamless production processes.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in production technology to enhance plant operations.
Prepare and present regular reports on production progress and performance.
Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production demands.
Identify and resolve any production-related issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Uphold company values and promote a positive work culture.
Assist in the development and implementation of new production processes and procedures.
Continuously strive to improve production processes and reduce costs without compromising quality.
Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
Communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.
