Lead and manage the Lab Solutions Demo Center to ensure its success and growth.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to showcase and demonstrate our cutting-edge lab solutions to customers.
Conduct hands-on demonstrations and provide technical support for our products to potential customers.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective messaging and promotional materials for the Demo Center.
Train and mentor team members on product knowledge and demonstration techniques.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the Demo Center experience.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in laboratory technology to ensure the Demo Center remains at the forefront of innovation.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and industry leaders to drive business and promote the Demo Center.
Manage the budget and resources of the Demo Center to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the Demo Center.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines in the Demo Center.
Represent Beckman Coulter at industry conferences and events to promote the Demo Center and network with potential customers.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the Demo Center team.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and growth for the Demo Center and its team members.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products, their capabilities, and their applications to effectively communicate with customers and promote sales.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Biology, Chemistry, Engineering)
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Managing A Laboratory Or Technical Team
Strong Understanding Of Laboratory Equipment And Instrumentation, Particularly In The Life Sciences Industry
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Technical Information To Diverse Audiences
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects, Budgets, And Resources To Meet Business Objectives.
