Ensure products are visually appealing and in line with brand standards by setting up attractive displays and arranging products in an organized manner.
Maintain proper inventory levels and replenish products as needed to meet consumer demand.
Utilize strong organizational skills to plan and execute merchandising strategies that drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Collaborate with sales representatives to identify and capitalize on opportunities for product placement and promotions.
Conduct regular store visits to monitor product placement, availability, and overall appearance.
Keep track of product expiration dates and rotate stock accordingly to ensure freshness.
Effectively communicate with store managers and staff to build and maintain positive relationships and address any issues or concerns.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to make informed decisions on merchandising strategies.
Utilize data and analytics to track and analyze sales performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, while performing merchandising duties.
Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve merchandising skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Merchandising, Brand Management, Or Sales Within Consumer Goods Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Decisions.
Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Projects In A Fast-Paced Environment, While Maintaining Attention To Detail And Meeting Deadlines.
