Maintain and enhance the visual appeal of PepsiCo products through effective merchandising techniques.
Ensure that products are properly stocked and readily available for customers, both on shelves and in displays.
Develop strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure optimal positioning and visibility of PepsiCo products.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock at all times.
Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, availability, and competitor activity.
Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for sales growth and execute merchandising strategies accordingly.
Act as a brand ambassador for PepsiCo, representing the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Utilize sales data and analytics to identify trends and make recommendations for improving product placement and sales.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform merchandising decisions.
Follow company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, while carrying out merchandising responsibilities.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of merchandising activities and sales data.
Continuously strive to improve merchandising techniques and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Work independently to complete assigned tasks and meet deadlines, while also being a team player and collaborating with colleagues as needed.
Communicate effectively and professionally with team members, store staff, and customers.
