Ensure proper placement and display of PepsiCo products in retail stores to maximize sales and brand visibility.
Stock shelves and displays with PepsiCo products, following company guidelines and merchandising standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to ensure product availability and proper merchandising.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or excesses to appropriate parties.
Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising needs and make necessary adjustments.
Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve any merchandising issues or obstacles.
Maintain accurate records and reports of merchandising activities and store visits.
Provide exceptional customer service to store personnel and consumers, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed merchandising decisions.
Collaborate with sales team to develop effective merchandising strategies and promotions.
Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times.
Represent PepsiCo in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Assist with other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor.
