Educate customers on the various shopping channels available and help them navigate through the different options.

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing various payment methods.

Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews across all channels.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Stay updated on current promotions, sales, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.

Continuously develop knowledge of JCPenney products and services to assist customers with their purchases.

Assist in fulfilling online orders and processing returns or exchanges.

Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during a customer’s shopping experience.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals and targets.

Attend training and development sessions to enhance job knowledge and skills.
