Maintain Store Operations: The Operations Associate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and organization of merchandise.
Uphold Company Standards: The Operations Associate will be expected to maintain and uphold the company’s standards for customer service, cleanliness, and visual presentation.
Support Customer Service: The Operations Associate will assist in providing exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately fulfilling customer orders and assisting with any customer inquiries or issues.
Collaborate with Team Members: The Operations Associate will work closely with other team members, including sales associates, to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
Monitor Inventory: The Operations Associate will regularly monitor inventory levels and work with the management team to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
Assist with Stock Receiving: The Operations Associate will assist with receiving and processing new merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain Store Appearance: The Operations Associate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking and tidying up areas as needed.
Adhere to Safety Protocols: The Operations Associate will follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for themselves, their team members, and customers.
Communicate Effectively: The Operations Associate will communicate any issues or concerns to the management team and work together to find solutions for improved store operations.
Continuously Improve: The Operations Associate will be expected to seek out ways to improve store operations and provide suggestions for enhancing the customer experience.
