Greet and welcome customers to JCPenney in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns they may have, providing excellent customer service.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to ensure operational tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate any needs to management.
Assist with receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments.
Ensure merchandise is tagged and priced correctly.
