Maintain and organize product displays in retail stores according to company standards.
Ensure all products are properly stocked and rotated to maintain freshness.
Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and employees.

Job Qualifications
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Qualification Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required For The Pepsico Beverages Part Time Seasonal Merchandiser Position.
Previous Retail Or Merchandising Experience: Candidates Should Have Some Prior Experience In Retail, Merchandising, Or Customer Service Roles. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment And Interact With Customers.
Physical Ability: This Job Requires The Candidate To Be Physically Fit And Able To Lift And Move Heavy Boxes Of Products. Therefore, Candidates Must Possess The Physical Ability To Perform The Job Duties.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Pepsico Beverages Part Time Seasonal Merchandisers Are Expected To Interact With Customers, Store Managers, And Team Members On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.
