Oversee and manage the daily operations of the pharmacy department at our Walgreens location.
Ensure the pharmacy is fully compliant with all federal, state, and company regulations and policies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to promote the pharmacy and its services.
Lead and motivate a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide exceptional patient care and customer service.
Create and implement strategies to increase pharmacy sales and achieve financial targets.
Monitor and analyze pharmacy data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
Train and educate employees on new medications, procedures, and company policies.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee ordering and receiving of medications and supplies.
Handle and resolve any patient or customer complaints or issues.
Ensure all pharmacy equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
Collaborate with other departments within the store to promote a cohesive and efficient work environment.
Stay updated on industry developments and changes in pharmacy practices to ensure the pharmacy is providing the best possible care for patients.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field: A Pharmacy Manager At Walgreens Is Required To Hold A Bachelor’s Degree In Pharmacy Or A Related Field. This Ensures That The Individual Has A Strong Foundation In Pharmaceutical Sciences And Is Equipped With The Necessary Knowledge To Manage A Pharmacy.
