Answer and triage phone calls, take messages, and assist with inquiries.
Maintain patient profiles and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Process insurance claims and handle billing inquiries.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay updated on new medications and regulations.
Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping, data entry, and scheduling.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Pharmacy Technician / Pharm Tech Apprenticeship At Walgreens Requires A Minimum Education Level Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
Basic Math Skills: As A Pharmacy Technician, You Will Be Responsible For Accurately Counting And Measuring Medications, So Having A Strong Foundation In Basic Math Skills Is Essential.
Strong Attention To Detail: The Role Of A Pharmacy Technician Is Critical In Ensuring The Accuracy And Safety Of Medication Dispensing. Therefore, Having Excellent Attention To Detail Is Crucial.
Customer Service Skills: Pharmacy Technicians Have Regular Interactions With Patients And Healthcare Providers. Therefore, Strong Customer Service Skills, Such As Effective Communication And Problem-Solving, Are Necessary For This Role.
