Provide compassionate care to patients: The primary responsibility of a Physical Therapist at PruittHealth is to provide compassionate care to patients, understanding their needs and helping them achieve their optimal physical well-being.
Conduct therapy sessions: As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions with patients, using various techniques and methods to help them improve their physical capabilities.
Create individualized treatment plans: You will be responsible for creating customized treatment plans for each patient, taking into consideration their specific needs and goals.
Monitor patient progress: It will be your responsibility to regularly monitor and assess patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal results.
Educate patients and caregivers: As a healthcare professional, it will be your responsibility to educate patients and their caregivers on proper techniques and exercises to aid in their recovery and prevent future injuries.
Maintain accurate records: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress, treatment plans, and any changes in their condition.
Collaborate with healthcare team: A Physical Therapist at PruittHealth will work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure a comprehensive and effective treatment plan for each patient.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Physical Therapy: A Minimum Of A Bachelor’s Degree In Physical Therapy Is Required For A Physical Therapist Position At Pruitthealth. A Master’s Degree Is Preferred And May Be Required For Certain Specialized Roles.
State Licensure: All Applicants Must Possess A Valid State License To Practice As A Physical Therapist. This Ensures That The Therapist Has Met The Minimum Competency Standards Required By The State.
Clinical Experience: Previous Experience Working As A Physical Therapist In A Healthcare Setting Is Highly Preferred. This Can Include Internships, Clinical Rotations, Or Previous Employment In A Similar Role.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Physical Therapist, It Is Important To Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are A Must For This Position.
Knowledge Of Current Treatment Techniques And Equipment: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Current Treatment Techniques And Equipment Used In Physical Therapy.
