Lead and manage the Solutions Platform division, including overseeing a team of software engineers and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Drive the development of innovative software solutions that meet the needs of Dell’s customers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve and enhance Dell’s software offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new features.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Ensure high-quality and scalable code is delivered in a timely manner.
Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
Identify and address any technical issues or roadblocks that may arise during the development process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into product development.
Actively participate in recruitment and hiring processes to build a strong and diverse team.

Job Qualifications
