Design and develop software applications and systems that align with the university’s mission and goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Write efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code using various programming languages and tools.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure their functionality and performance.
Monitor and maintain existing software applications and systems, identifying and resolving any issues or bugs that arise.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Work closely with end-users to understand their needs and provide technical support and training when necessary.
Create and maintain technical documentation for all software applications and systems.
Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing proper database management practices.
Collaborate with team members on project planning, timelines, and deliverables.
Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience and optimize processes.
Adhere to coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality and scalable code.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems and processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, progress reports, and any potential roadblocks.

Job Qualifications
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python.
Knowledge Of Database Management And Sql.
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Programming And Systems Analysis.
Experience With Project Management And The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
