Design and develop high-quality, innovative printed wiring boards (PWB) for use in cutting-edge mobile devices.
Utilize advanced design software and tools to create PWB layouts that meet project requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and ensure PWB designs align with overall product goals.
Review and analyze customer requirements and feedback to ensure PWB designs meet their expectations.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in PWB design, incorporating new techniques and technologies into design processes.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of PWB designs to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the PWB design and development process.
Mentor and guide junior team members in PWB design best practices and techniques.
Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of PWB designs.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of all PWB designs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all PWB designs.
Continuously look for opportunities to improve PWB design processes and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.

Job Qualifications
Extensive Experience In Designing Printed Wiring Boards (Pwbs) For Complex Electronic Systems, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Senior Pwb Designer.
Proficient In Using Industry-Standard Software Such As Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, And Mentor Graphics Pads For Schematic Capture And Layout Design.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Specifications For Pwb Design, Such As Ipc-2221, Ipc-7351, And Mil-Prf-31032.
Ability To Analyze Complex System Requirements And Translate Them Into Pwb Design Specifications, Including High-Speed Digital Designs, Rf/Microwave Circuits, And High-Density Interconnects.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Pwb Designers.
