Conduct internal audits of quality management systems to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the QMS and make recommendations for process optimization.
Assist in the development and maintenance of quality manuals, procedures, and other QMS documentation.
Participate in QMS training and education initiatives for employees to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of the QMS and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Communicate audit findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders and provide support in implementing corrective actions.
Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to quality management to ensure the QMS remains compliant.
Support the QMS Manager in conducting external audits and maintaining certifications.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new quality processes and procedures.
Uphold the company’s values and standards of conduct in all interactions and activities.

Job Qualifications
Strong Understanding Of Quality Management Systems (Qms): The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Knowledge And Understanding Of Qms Principles, Processes, And Procedures To Effectively Conduct Audits And Identify Areas For Improvement.
Attention To Detail And Analytical Skills: As An Internal Audit Intern, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Reviewing And Analyzing Complex Data And Identifying Any Discrepancies Or Non-Conformities. Therefore, Strong Attention To Detail And Analytical Skills Are Essential For This Role.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Intern Will Be Required To Communicate And Collaborate With Different Teams And Departments Within The Organization. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Effectively Conducting Audits And Providing Recommendations.
Knowledge Of Relevant Quality Standards And Regulations: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Relevant Quality Standards Such As Iso 9001, Iso 13485, Or Fda Regulations, Depending On The Industry. This Knowledge Will Help The Intern To Assess Compliance And Identify Any Gaps In The Qms.
