Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality of raw materials and ingredients.
Train and educate team members on quality control processes and procedures.
Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues.
Conduct product testing and sampling to ensure adherence to specifications.
Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
Participate in new product development and product improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve overall quality and efficiency.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control procedures and results.
Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies during quality inspections.
Continuously monitor and evaluate quality control processes to ensure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Quality Assurance, Food Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Quality Control Or Quality Assurance Within The Food Industry.
Knowledge Of Fda Regulations, Haccp Principles, And Food Safety Standards.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Data.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Quality Issues Effectively.
