Process and analyze rebate claims in a timely and accurate manner.
Work closely with sales team to ensure all necessary documentation is provided for rebate claims.
Verify accuracy of rebate calculations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with rebate claims.
Communicate with customers to address any questions or concerns regarding their rebate claims.
Maintain organized and accurate records of all rebate claims and related documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve rebate processing procedures and systems.
Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices related to rebate processing.
Support the sales team by providing timely and accurate information on rebate claim status.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues related to rebate claims.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations, in all rebate processing activities.
Meet deadlines and targets as set by management.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Train and mentor new team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Rebate Claims Analysis, Preferably In A Corporate Environment.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Discrepancies In Large Sets Of Data.
Familiarity With Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
