Provide compassionate and skilled care to patients in accordance with PruittHealth’s standards and procedures.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Monitor and assess patient’s health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, care plans, and progress notes.
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to provide exceptional customer service.
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay updated on current healthcare practices and procedures.
Maintain a valid nursing license and adhere to all state and federal regulations.
Display a strong work ethic and reliability in fulfilling job responsibilities.
Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet patient needs and ensure timely delivery of care.

Job Qualifications
Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Long-Term Care Or Skilled Nursing Facility
Bls Certification And Other Relevant Certifications As Required By Pruitthealth
Ability To Work Sundays And Other Rotating Shifts As Needed
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team-Oriented Environment.
