Oversee and manage the nursing staff to ensure high-quality care is provided to all patients.

Job Qualifications

Valid Rn License: A Registered Nurse Supervisor At Pruitthealth Must Possess A Current And Valid Nursing License In The State Where They Will Be Working.

Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Is Typically Required For A Registered Nurse Supervisor Position At Pruitthealth.

Previous Supervisory Experience: Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successful Leadership And Management Experience, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

Strong Clinical Skills: Registered Nurse Supervisors Must Have A Strong Clinical Background And Be Able To Provide Guidance And Direction To Other Nurses In The Facility.
