Provide compassionate and exceptional nursing care to patients undergoing open heart procedures.
Maintain a thorough understanding and knowledge of open heart surgical procedures and techniques.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members to ensure successful patient outcomes.
Monitor and assess patients’ conditions before, during, and after surgery, and take appropriate action in case of any complications.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Educate patients and their families on post-surgical care and follow-up instructions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Continuously enhance skills and knowledge through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
Serve as a patient advocate and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.
Bls, Acls, And Pals Certifications.
Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Florida.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Surgical Setting, Preferably With Open Heart Surgery Experience.
Strong Critical Thinking, Communication, And Organizational Skills.
