Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Administer and monitor various respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, respiratory medication, and ventilator management.
Operate and maintain equipment used in respiratory care.
Educate patients and their families on respiratory conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
Document all patient interactions, treatments, and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following infection control and safety protocols.
Participate in continuous education and training to stay current on advancements in respiratory care.
Serve as a resource and provide guidance to other healthcare team members on respiratory care.
Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor while interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.
Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Active And Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (Rrt) Credential From The National Board For Respiratory Care (Nbrc).
Current And Unrestricted State Licensure As A Respiratory Therapist In The State Of Florida.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.
Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications.
