Design and implement visually appealing and innovative retail displays that effectively showcase our products and attract customers.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand product positioning and create displays that align with company branding and messaging.
Ensure that all displays are set up and maintained according to company standards and guidelines.
Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions about display layout and product placement.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor displays to ensure our displays remain relevant and competitive.
Work closely with store managers and staff to negotiate prime display locations and ensure our products receive maximum visibility.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to the appropriate parties.
Train and educate store staff on proper product placement and display techniques to ensure consistency across all locations.
Conduct regular store visits to assess display effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Communicate regularly with the team, providing updates on display performance and any challenges or opportunities.
Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations while setting up and maintaining displays.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and develop strong relationships with store personnel.
Attend relevant training and industry events to further enhance knowledge and skills in retail merchandising.
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company and its products to customers and store staff.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure all display materials and tools are properly stored and maintained.
