Develop and execute strategies to ensure effective and timely execution of Kellogg products in retail stores nationwide.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement retail execution initiatives.
Monitor and analyze retail execution metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance product visibility and sales.
Communicate with retail partners to ensure proper placement and merchandising of Kellogg products.
Train and develop retail execution team members on best practices and processes.
Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, pricing, and inventory levels.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the retail industry and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Manage and maintain relationships with retail partners, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Create and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in retail execution processes.
Continuously strive to improve and optimize retail execution strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Job Qualifications
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Execution Or Related Field
Bachelor’s Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field
Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations And Merchandising Principles
Experience Managing And Coordinating The Execution Of Multiple Retail Projects Simultaneously
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
