Provide exceptional care to adult patients in an acute care setting.
Utilize strong background in telemetry to monitor and interpret patient data.
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and assess patient progress and report any changes or concerns to medical team.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Serve as a patient advocate and provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
Current Rn License In The State Of Connecticut
Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution
Certification In Adult Acute Care Medicine And Telemetry (E.g. Ccrn, Cmsrn)
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Acute Care Medicine, Preferably With Experience In Telemetry Monitoring
Strong Clinical Assessment And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently In A Fast-Paced Environment.
