Provide excellent nursing care to adult patients in an acute care setting.
Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, identifying any changes and providing appropriate interventions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution: A Bsn Is The Minimum Educational Requirement For A Rn Position At Yale New Haven Health System. This Degree Provides A Strong Foundation In Nursing Theory, Research, And Practice, Preparing Nurses To Provide High-Quality Care To Patients.
Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Connecticut: To Practice As A Rn In Connecticut, Candidates Must Hold A Valid Rn License From The State. This Ensures That The Nurse Has Met The State’s Educational And Competency Requirements For Safe And Effective Practice.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Adult Acute Care Medicine: Working In An Acute Care Setting Requires A High Level Of Skill And Knowledge. Candidates For This Position Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Adult Acute Care Medicine To Ensure They Are Able To Provide Safe And Effective Care To Patients.

Experience With Telemetry Monitoring: Telemetry Monitoring Is An Essential Component Of Adult Acute Care Medicine, As It Allows For Continuous Monitoring Of A Patient’s Heart Rhythm And Vital Signs. Candidates For This Position Should Have Experience Using Telemetry Equipment And Interpreting Data To Ensure Patient Safety And Early Detection Of Changes In Their Condition.
