Provide exceptional patient care in accordance with Cleveland Clinic’s standards and policies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for critically ill patients.
Monitor and assess patient status, administer medications, and perform nursing procedures in the ICU setting.
Utilize advanced technology and treatments to provide the highest level of care to patients.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on the latest advancements in critical care nursing.
Serve as a patient advocate, addressing any concerns or needs and promoting patient satisfaction.
Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions with patients and their families.
Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement quality initiatives to enhance patient care.
Maintain all necessary certifications and licensure to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Ohio.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.
Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Ohio.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certification.
Critical Care Registered Nurse (Ccrn) Certification Preferred.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In An Intensive Care Unit (Icu) Setting.
