Provide compassionate and dedicated nursing care to patients within the Medicine Service Line at Yale New Haven Health System.
Demonstrate expertise in a wide range of nursing skills and techniques to effectively care for a diverse patient population.
Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess and address patient needs, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members as needed.
Utilize advanced clinical knowledge and evidence-based practice to deliver high-quality care to patients.

Adhere to all organization policies and procedures, including infection control and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care in electronic medical records.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Current And Valid Rn License In The State Of Connecticut.
Bls Certification From The American Heart Association.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Medical-Surgical Or Acute Care Setting.
Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Interdisciplinary Teams.
