Oversee and manage the daily operations of the urgent care facility, ensuring high-quality and efficient patient care.
Lead a team of nurses and support staff, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
Monitor and maintain staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and proper utilization of resources.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and ensure timely and effective treatment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
Serve as a resource for staff, addressing any concerns or issues and facilitating effective communication within the team.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and availability.
Ensure all patient records and documentation are accurate, complete, and in compliance with confidentiality and privacy laws.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and optimize healthcare outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with current healthcare trends, practices, and technologies, and incorporate them into the urgent care services.
Promote a culture of exceptional customer service and patient-centered care among staff.
Collaborate with other departments and healthcare facilities to ensure seamless continuity of care for patients.

Job Qualifications
Active Rn License In The State Of Florida: The Rn Supervisor Must Have A Current And Valid Rn License In The State Of Florida, Allowing Them To Practice Nursing In An Urgent Care Setting.
Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing (Bsn): A Bsn Is Typically Required For A Supervisory Position In Healthcare. It Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Lead A Team Of Nurses Effectively.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Urgent Care: A Strong Background In Urgent Care Is Essential For This Role. The Rn Supervisor Should Have Experience In Clinical Operations, Patient Care, And Staff Management In An Urgent Care Setting.
Leadership And Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Supervising And Managing A Team Of Nurses. They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Be Able To Make Critical Decisions, And Effectively Communicate With Staff And Patients.
Bls And Acls Certifications: Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications Are Required For This Role. These Certifications Demonstrate The Candidate’s Knowledge And Skills In Emergency Care, Which Is Crucial In An Urgent Care Setting.
