Oversee the daily operations of the urgent care facilities, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively.
Supervise and lead a team of nurses and medical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
Monitor patient flow and ensure timely and appropriate care is provided to all patients.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain and improve the quality of care provided.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between urgent care and other healthcare facilities.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff to promote professional development.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
Manage inventory and supplies to ensure availability and efficient use of resources.
Address patient and staff concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in urgent care services to continuously improve patient care.

Job Qualifications
Valid Rn License: The Rn Supervisor Urgent Care Services Must Hold A Current And Valid License As A Registered Nurse In The State Of Florida.
Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing Is Required For This Position, With Preference For Candidates Who Have A Master’s Degree In Nursing Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Urgent Care Or Emergency Department Setting: This Position Requires Significant Experience In A Fast-Paced Urgent Care Or Emergency Department Setting, With At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role.
Strong Clinical And Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Will Have A Strong Clinical Background, With A Comprehensive Understanding Of Urgent Care Services, As Well As Proven Leadership Skills In Managing And Developing A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities: As A Rn Supervisor Urgent Care Services, Effective Communication And Problem-Solving Skills Are Vital To Ensure Quality Patient Care And A Smooth Operation Of The Urgent Care Facility. The Candidate Must Also Possess Strong Organizational Skills And Be Able To Multitask In A High-Pressure Environment.
